By accessing or using InstNews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

InstNews provides a real-time financial news aggregation platform (the SIGNAL terminal) that collects headlines from public RSS feeds, scores sentiment, and detects duplicate stories. The Service is available in Free and Pro subscription tiers.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. The Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent subscription tier limits or access controls
Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission
Overload the Service with excessive automated requests beyond your tier's rate limits

5. Intellectual Property

News content aggregated by InstNews is sourced from third-party RSS feeds and remains the property of the original publishers. InstNews claims no ownership over third-party content. The SIGNAL interface, design, and analysis features are the property of InstNews.

6. Disclaimer

InstNews provides financial news aggregation and sentiment analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstNews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
