InstNews provides real-time financial news aggregation with sentiment analysis. Get started in minutes.

1. Browse the Terminal

Visit /terminal to access the SIGNAL news terminal. No account required for the free tier.

2. Sign In for More Features

Click Sign In in the header to authenticate with Google. This unlocks your account and enables subscription upgrades.

3. Use the API

The REST API is available at https://www.instnews.net/api/. The free tier needs no API key — just call it. Authenticate with an API key to unlock your paid tier. For an overview of what the API offers, see the stock market news API page.

4. Upgrade Your Plan

Free tier provides basic news access, including ticker filtering. Upgrade to Pro for sentiment analysis, duplicate detection, API keys, and more (includes a 30-day free trial), or to Max for AI ticker recommendations and priced-in price analysis.

Authentication

Pro and Max subscribers create API keys in the account dashboard and send them in the X-API-Key header:

X-API-Key: <your_api_key>Copy

Signed-in browser sessions authenticate with Authorization: Bearer <token> instead. Without either header, all requests receive free-tier access (anonymous).
